  • NOTES: There was a William Shreider naturalized in 1757 in Washington Co. MD, this could                 possibly be the same person.​                                                                                                         Family story says William Shrader came to America when he was six years old                       (about 1730).  His entire family was on board ship and they all became sick and                     died while at sea. Only William survived to arrive at Philadelphia. He was                                 indentured to pay for his passage and went to live with a farmer. When he was of                 age he married the farmer's daughter and went out on his own.                                               He was naturalized in Maryland in 1757                                                                                         Conveyed land in Baltimore Co, MD April 1757.
